Reflections combines storytelling and poetry in a free flow, to reflect on the fluid state of thoughts and emotions. Facts and details might stay the same but the way we feel about them, or beliefs that derive from these moments, have the ability to completely shift even just moments after we develop an initial response. A Sad Celebration is about our ability to feel sadness & to celebrate simultaneously. It is a journey of self love processed through a retelling; a reflection. Music also by me.
